More About Sagging Skin

Aging is a fact of life but you don’t have to just give in gracefully, you can fight back with modern science.  Great strides have been made recently and amazing results are possible with a little effort.

Skin aging occurs for two reasons:

2. Exposure to the sun

After 40 the epidermis becomes thinner and the turnover of skin cells slows down. The Dermis also thins and the production of Collagen and Elastin declines significantly. Sub-dermal fat may be reduced and Hyaluronic acid production declines causing a loss of support for the skin. The result is sagging and wrinkles, our uninvited guest, the aging process. The aging process has a staunch ally, the sun.
